Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and schedules may change. To ensure we can best accommodate all of our clients, Esthetics by Samantha Nicole has the following appointment policy:
A 50% no-show fee will be charged for appointments that are missed without notice.
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify Esthetics by Samantha Nicole as soon as possible by texting or calling (614) 601-8243 to reschedule and avoid any applicable fees.
